ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- The customer must share a video of the damaged product.
- The item must be in its original packaging.
- The return request must be made within 5 days of receiving the item.
RETURN PROCESS
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

- Once your return is authorized, you will receive instructions on how to ship the item back to us.
- You are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping unless the item was damaged or defective upon arrival.

REFUNDS
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return conditions. If your return is approved, a refund will be credited to your original payment method within 7 days.
Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., damaged, defective, or incorrect item).
Replacement and Exchange policy
We have 7 day replacement and exchange policy; if the replacement and exchange is accepted, the product will be delivered within 5 days
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us at 6304666966 . Exchanges are subject to availability.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
